Production Team Leader in the Processing Industry (M/F)

Job Description:

As a line leader, you manage your team within your scope (between 100 and 120 employees, including 6 production team leaders/EPU). You ensure the safety of your employees by ensuring that safety rules are known by all and applied.

You support your team in their individual development (acquisition of new skills, training, career management). You guarantee production in compliance with objectives related to quality, deadlines, and costs.

You define and drive a Progress Plan in order to improve operational results.

You identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities (Lean Manufacturing). You contribute to the application of the Operational Excellence framework used by Alstom (APSYS) to drive and improve its industrial activities (production, maintenance, supply chain). This position, based in LA ROCHELLE, is a permanent contract (CDI).

The gross annual remuneration starts from 50,000 € euros, to be negotiated according to your experience.

Profile Description:

A production engineer, you have proven experience as a Manager of Managers.

Your expertise must be acquired in an industrial environment (aeronautics, agri-food, automotive, plastics, luxury). You have excellent upward and downward communication skills.

You know how to apply Lean tools and methodologies (Manufacturing, Management). Autonomy, inclusion, and responsibility are values that you uphold.

To allow you to work in an international environment, you are proficient in English.
