Job Description:

Your role as a Regulatory Affairs Officer consists of supporting the brand strategy and the launch of new products for the BU. You provide your advisory and regulatory expertise to the medico-marketing teams during the validation of promotional documents and contribute to compliance with current standards across all projects. In parallel, you participate in the drafting, submission, and follow-up of post-MA dossiers (variations, renewals) as well as the validation of packaging articles and reference documents. You are the preferred intermediary with the ANSM for the follow-up of notifications, guarantee the maintenance of regulatory databases, and draft internal procedures associated with your activity, while collaborating closely with cross-functional and corporate functions.

Profile Description:

You hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy completed by a Master 2 in Regulatory Affairs with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically focused on advertising control. Rigorous, structured, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a natural curiosity that allows you to communicate with ease both orally and in writing. Professional practice of technical English is indispensable, and proficiency in Veeva Vault or PromoMats tools constitutes a solid asset for this position.
