Industrial Buyer (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Executive Director Operations & Finance, you will be the sole interlocutor for the creation and global structuring of the purchasing function (scope of 40 to 60 M). Your main missions: Industrial Purchasing & Investments (30 to 50 M): manage technical and economic tenders, select suppliers of industrial equipment, maintenance, and consumables (France and International); Raw Materials & Energy Purchasing (6 to 10 M): negotiate the purchase of charcoal and wood, search for and qualify new supply sources, secure flows, and optimize the supplier panel; Structuring & CSR: implement purchasing processes, develop framework agreements, manage the budget, and integrate CSR issues into strategic choices.

Working Conditions: Position: CDI, new position creation; Location: Côte-d'Or (21). Regular travel to be expected (France and International); Remuneration: €60 K to €70 K base salary (depending on profile and experience) over 13 months; 2 days of teleworking possible.

Profile Description:

With a higher education background in Purchasing or Engineering, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial SME or Mid-cap.

Key Skills: Proven mastery of technical purchasing, industrial equipment, and raw materials; Experience in international negotiations, contract management, and tender methodology; Professional English mandatory (international exchanges and travel); Equipped with a strong field presence, pragmatic and autonomous, you know how to structure a function with a high-level perspective. Your sensitivity to environmental issues and your leadership will make the difference.
