Responsibilities

1. Preparation and service of beverages and food, following standard product procedures.
2. Building good relationships with customers and providing excellent service.
3. Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in the work area and customer service areas.

Qualifications: Age 18 - 40 years old Education: Grade 9 (M.3) or higher Basic English skills Able to work in shifts Service-minded, passion for sales, good personality, and good interpersonal skills Work 6 days per week Previous experience working in a coffee shop
