MSAT Resource Management Specialist | Pharma | Belgium

Your job as a Senior MSAT Resource Management Specialist Within an international pharmaceutical environment, you will be part of the MSAT Strategy & Performance team. In this role, you ensure that workforce and resource management processes run flawlessly and support the organization with reliable data, efficient processes, and optimal resource utilization. You combine operational follow-up with process improvement and automation. Additionally, you work closely with stakeholders from finance, operations, and business teams. Thanks to your expertise, you contribute directly to an efficient organization and future workforce planning initiatives.

• Monitoring data quality within the resource management tool
• Following up on the status of open recruitments
• Facilitating the quarterly process regarding charge-out activities
• Acting as SPOC for resource management related questions
• Developing and testing automation solutions between systems
• Updating process documentation, process maps, and training modules
• Supporting future workforce and capacity projects

You love to bring structure to complex processes and switch smoothly between different stakeholders. With your analytical insight, you quickly identify connections in data and processes. Additionally, you know how to bring others along in changes, even without formal decision-making authority.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 8 years of experience within pharma, manufacturing, supply chain, or a technical environment
• Experience with workforce planning, resource management, or capacity planning
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and process optimization
• Professional knowledge of English
