Your job as Freight Audit Process Consultant

Do you want to make a visible impact on international supply chain processes within a pharmaceutical environment? As a Freight Audit Process Consultant, you will take the lead in designing, standardizing, and optimizing a transport invoicing process. You will work together with logistics teams, procurement, external partners, and various international stakeholders. In doing so, you combine process thinking, data analysis, and project management to realize sustainable improvements. You translate complex invoicing and transport flows into an efficient and manageable process that can be further supported by the business.

• Designing and standardizing the freight audit process
• Developing the complete end-to-end invoice approval process
• Coordinating integrations with internal and external audit tools
• Analyzing invoice discrepancies and defining improvement actions
• Optimizing rate review performance via data-driven insights
• Aligning with procurement regarding rate cards and corrections
• Drafting and following up on project planning, milestones, and deliverables

You work independently and take ownership of your project. Thanks to your analytical insight, you quickly establish connections between data, processes, and business priorities. You communicate clearly with various stakeholders and know how to summarize complex information understandably.

Hard skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in process optimization and project management
• Experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or pharmaceutical environments
• Professional knowledge of English
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is a strong plus
