Your job as Associate Scientist GC

Do you want to contribute to the development of medicines that make a difference for patients? As an Associate Scientist GC, you will join the Analytical Method & Stability Center of an international pharmaceutical environment in Beerse. You will work together with specialists within analytical development and support projects throughout the entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will focus on gas chromatographic analyses, method development, and GMP testing. Thanks to your expertise, you will contribute to reliable quality controls and a safe introduction of new medicines to the market.

• Performing GC method development, validation, and method transfer
• Supporting analytical testing for APIs and medicines
• Independently managing assigned analytical projects
• Investigating and resolving analytical deviations and problems
• Preparing GMP documentation, protocols, and reports
• Implementing new GC technologies and analytical methods
• Ensuring quality, safety, and GMP compliance

You enjoy working accurately and take responsibility for your own projects. Additionally, you communicate smoothly with colleagues and stakeholders and continue to work in a goal-oriented manner when priorities change.

Your background

• Bachelor or Master in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or similar
• Preferably 0 to 2 years of experience within a laboratory environment
• Knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) is a strong asset
• Experience within a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
