Transport Planner with company vehicle

Your challenge

• You plan the daily trips of own vehicles and charters, with attention to load factor, time windows, and legal driving and rest times.
• You work fluently with a TMS system and use this as important support for efficient planning.
• You are the central point of contact between drivers, the loading service, and other involved parties.
• You maintain direct contact with customers and ensure a professional and customer-oriented service.
• You closely monitor transports via track & trace systems.
• You process the necessary administration and ensure correct registration and follow-up of all transport activities.
• You think proactively and anticipate possible problems before they have an impact on the planning.

Your profile

You are someone who takes responsibility, can switch gears quickly, and maintains an overview, even when pressure increases. Additionally, you combine an independent working attitude with a strong team spirit.

Furthermore, you possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Strong geographical insight in the Benelux, France, and Germany.
• A customer-oriented and solution-oriented mindset.
• Practical knowledge of French and English.
• Experience with TMS and ERP systems such as Ortec, Webfleet, or CSB.
• Good knowledge of the legal driving and rest times within transport.
