Material Asst.Supervisor

1. Control and monitor the receipt and issuance of raw materials and Material in accordance with the production plan
2. Inspect and control Inventory levels to be at an appropriate level, reducing Material Shortage and Overstock issues
3. Plan and monitor the preparation of Material to be sufficient and timely for Production requirements
4. Control the storage of raw materials and Material correctly according to FIFO / FEFO systems and company standards
5. Verify the accuracy of Stock between Physical Stock and the system, including monitoring and resolving Stock Variance
6. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Planning, and related departments to resolve Material issues
7. Monitor Material Shortage, Material Delay, and problems that may affect Production, and prepare Action Plans
8. Control and monitor the performance of team members to comply with department standards and goals
9. Prepare and monitor departmental KPIs, such as Inventory Accuracy, Material Shortage, Stock Accuracy, and On-time Material Supply
10. Analyze Inventory and Material data to find ways to reduce costs and increase Material management efficiency
11. Inspect and control documents related to Material Control to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
12. Support supervisors in improving work processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Cost Reduction, and Continuous Improvement
13. Perform duties in accordance with quality, safety, environmental systems, and company regulations, including related standards
14. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, Inventory, Planning, or Supply Chain Experience using ERP / MRP / SAP / or related systems will be given special consideration Responsible, possesses leadership qualities, and can work under pressure Basic English communication skills Work Monday - Friday (07.30 - 17.30)
