Responsibilities and duties

📜 Job Mission: Responsible for executing the company's communication activities with its audiences, using media resources appropriate to the Alubar Group's business, under the coordination and supervision of the Communication Management.

📜 Responsibilities: a) Provide service and monitor the communication processes of Alubar's areas; b) Write and disseminate official company communications; c) Write and/or review institutional and technical promotional material; d) Support the administration, writing/reviewing, and maintenance of texts on the company's official website; e) Support, when necessary, the creation and production of texts, videos, vlogs, infographics, and other digital content for social media; f) Contribute to the planning, organization, and operationalization of internal and external actions and events, including contact with suppliers, definition of format, production of giveaways, event monitoring, and payment of suppliers; g) Assist in the management of Alubar's Image Crisis and Communication Management Program; h) Contribute to the creation of layouts and templates for departmental announcements; i) Create agendas and monitor the preparation of the company's internal newspaper; j) Support the execution of marketing actions related to the company's sponsorships; k) Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of social project activities; l) Act as the administrator of the Alubar brand across its various communication channels; m) Support and meet the internal communication demands of the company's areas; n) Contribute to the development of communication indicators; o) Guide and provide communication support to other business areas; p) Enable the purchasing processes for communication services and products; eq) Act as an instructor for new employee onboarding training.

Requirements and qualifications

Basic Education: Higher education in communication, public relations, journalism, or advertising and propaganda. Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of Pacote Office, Pacote Adobe, Canva, video and photo editing. Required Experience: Experience in Corporate Communication. Languages: English and/or French, written and oral (intermediate).
