QA Engineer (Material)

1. Ensure that quality related deficiencies are adequately documented, investigated and corrected.
2. Ensure that manufactured items are adequately documented and traceable as required.
3. Ensure that only acceptable material is presented or delivered to the customers.
4. Provides leadership and guidance in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems.
5. Focus on the application of sophisticated root cause analyses and corrective actions necessary to meet stringent quality specifications.
6. Developing evaluating and improving statistically controlled processes.
7. Support Quality System Compliance by performing internal audits of the Quality System as assigned.
8. Promotes and implement continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. through the implementation of such as 5S, Kaizen and Visual Factory.
9. Resolving of matters pertaining to quality with Customers.
10. Analysis defect from customer feedback/FA.

Qualifications: Male or Female Age 22-30 year old. Bachelor 's degree in Material Engineering. At least 2-3 years experience in QA Engineering. Knowledge and experience for material structure analysis,Failure analysis. Knowledge/Skills in computerized environment with basic office software. Good command in English. Good communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to factory production environment. High responsibility, self driven, good team player, can work well under pressure. Candidates with quality management experience in manufacturing industry are preferred; fresh graduates are acceptable.
