Today we are looking for a Cabina Operator on a temporary basis (3-month contract). Are you passionate about customer service and do you want to make a difference? In this position, you will be the first contact for our policyholders in key moments, providing immediate attention and ensuring they receive the support they need, exactly when they need it.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for attending to emergencies related to claims in our Autos, Daños, and Accidentes Personales lines, both in Mexico and, in some cases, internationally.

You will assist policyholders by telephone and through our mobile application.

You will verify policies and general conditions.

You will manage reports to ensure efficient follow-up.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Lic. Administración (interns or students may apply).
• Skills: Basic Excel, basic English, good communication, service orientation, empathy, multitasking, capacity for analysis and discernment.
• Experience: From 6 months to 1 year in customer service, call center, or handling telephone tools.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
