Within the commissioning team, you are the last line of defense guaranteeing the compliance and safety of the trainsets before their delivery to the final customer. You ensure the proper functioning of all systems embedded on the series trains.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execution and Validation of Series Testing

• Perform static tests (under tension) and dynamic tests (on line) in accordance with series procedures.
• Verify vital functionalities: traction, braking, signaling (ERTMS/CBTC), doors, and safety systems.
• Configure and load embedded software ( TCMS ).
• Guarantee the compliance of each trainset in relation to the "Tête de Série".

1. Preparation and Technical Logistics

• Configure measurement chains and ensure the calibration of tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, test benches).
• Physically prepare the train for testing (shunts, sensors, ballasting if necessary).
• Participate in the improvement of testing procedures to optimize bench turnaround time.

1. Analysis and Reporting

• Diagnose and document anomalies (troubleshooting).
• Analyze recordings and write test reports (PV) to authorize the clearance of reservations.
• Ensure rigorous traceability of tests in management tools (ERP/GPAO).

1. Safety and Environment

• Strictly apply railway safety instructions and electrical authorizations (BT/HT).
• Assess risks before each power-up or trainset movement.

EDUCATION

Bac+2/3 (BTS/BUT) in Électrotechnique, GEII, Mesures Physiques or Systèmes Embarqués.

EXPERIENCE

Initial experience in an industrial environment (Railway, Aerospace, or Naval) is a major asset.

SKILLS

Technical Skills

• Schematic reading: Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Diagnosis: Ability to isolate a fault on a complex multi-technology system.
• Tools: Mastery of diagnostic software and Pack Office.
• Knowledge of railway systems: TCMS, traction, braking, power supply, doors, PACIS, etc.
• Analysis of results: data interpretation, anomaly detection, report writing.
• Knowledge of railway standards: safety, quality, traceability.
• Use of technical software: CFAO, planning tools, office automation.
• Languages: Technical English indispensable (reading plans and manufacturer documentation).

Personal Qualities

• Rigor: Strict respect for test protocols (no improvisation regarding safety).
• Autonomy: Ability to make decisions in the field when facing a breakdown.
• Team spirit: Permanent interface with production and the design office.
• Required authorizations:
• Electrical (HB-BT).
• Torque tightening.
• SECUFER.
