Segula Technologies - IT Tester (M/F)

As part of the support for a deployment and evolution project of an IT solution, we are looking for a QA Tester to guarantee the quality of the solution, support the acceptance phases, and contribute to the successful adoption of the tool by users. Main MissionsReporting to the project team, your responsibilities will notably include:

Prepare, organize, and execute functional and non-regression tests. Develop strategies, plans, and test cases based on functional specifications. Perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and formalize the results. Identify, qualify, and document anomalies in the tracking tool. Ensure the follow-up of anomaly resolution with the supplier, until their correction and validation. Participate in project follow-up meetings and communicate on the progress of the acceptance phase. Support users in getting started with the solution. Design, implement, and update training materials and user guides. Lead training sessions for users. Collect user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of production releases. Guarantee the quality and traceability of project documentation.

With higher education in IT, quality, project management, or an equivalent field, you have significant initial experience in QA / functional testing / application acceptance, ideally in an international project environment. Required Skills:

Mastery of functional testing and acceptance methods and tools. Experience in writing test scenarios and cases. Experience in tracking and qualifying anomalies. Mastery of test management and/or anomaly tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or equivalent). Good command of office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
