Segula Technologies - Construction Fire Safety Engineer (M/F)

Within our industrial project management teams, you will take on the role of Construction Fire Safety Referent (M/F) to support the creation and ramp-up of large production sites. You are the technical expert responsible for designing, managing, and ensuring the execution of fire prevention and protection installations in strict compliance with standards. Your main activities include:

Supervision & Management: Managing the design and installation of fire safety equipment (SSI, sprinklers, smoke extraction, compartmentation) and ensuring our safety standards are respected by suppliers and subcontractors. Site Monitoring & Validation: Ensuring daily schedule monitoring, managing co-activity with process teams, and validating key stages (APS, APD, PRO, EXE, OPR, GPA). Consulting & Technical Expertise: Providing strategic recommendations (CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs) to HSE, project, and management teams, while participating in the risk register. Deliverables & Audit: Drafting consultation specifications, standard operating procedures (SOP), RETEX, and supporting visits from administrative authorities and insurance companies.

With a background as an HSE / Construction / Generalist Engineer or certified in SSIAP 3 / CSSI / INSSI, you have at least 2 years of experience in the installation, commissioning, or maintenance of fire safety equipment in industrial environments or large construction sites. A good communicator, you master supplier management and speak operational English (minimum B1).
