Segula Technologies - Product Engineer (M/F)

To support our client in the launch of their next technical ranges, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer. Your Missions Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will lead the technical development of products, from the concept phase to factory industrialization.

Technical Design: Transform ideas from designers and product managers into viable technical solutions via CAD (Modeling, material selection, prototyping). Project Management: Manage the development schedule, lead design reviews, and ensure the interface with factory, quality, and purchasing teams. Testing & Validation: Define test plans in the laboratory and in the field (usage tests) to guarantee the resistance, safety, and performance of the products. Eco-design: Integrate environmental criteria from the start (durability, repairability, choice of recycled or bio-based materials).

Education: Engineer degree (Master's level) (Mechanics, Materials, or Generalist). Experience: Minimum 3 years in consumer or technical product development (experience in plastics or technical textiles is a real plus). Skills: Proficiency in a CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia, or Creo) and sensitivity to eco-design. Professional English is indispensable (factory exchanges). Soft Skills: Team spirit, technical curiosity
