We are looking for one of our clients operating in the Defense sector for an Industrial Engineering Engineer - International Factory Deployment.

Your Main Mission As an Industrial Engineering Engineer - International Factory Deployment, you will lead the complete creation of production sites abroad (greenfield or brownfield projects). Your objective is to duplicate our standardized factory model, manage technology transfer, and ensure strict compliance with local industrial compensation obligations.

Missions & Responsibilities

Factory Deployment & Commissioning

Prepare sites and adapt the layout to local constraints.

Manage the installation and qualification of industrial equipment.

Integrate industrial information systems (ERP/MES) on-site.

Management of Offset Agreements & Local Partnerships

Lead technology transfer with strategic partners.

Train and upskill local teams.

Ensure the monitoring and validation of regulatory and military milestones.

Clearance & Operational Transfer

Validate process qualification (manufacturing of the first series parts).

Structure and organize local maintenance.

Ensure a complete operational handover to local teams.

Interface with Headquarters (HQ)

Provide structured reporting to management.

Provide feedback (REX) to enrich the standard factory model.

Provide support for feasibility studies during pre-sales phases.

Profile Sought

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in industrial engineering (Aerospace, Defense, or Advanced Electronics sectors) with concrete experience in international factory deployment or creation.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of military compensation (offset) contracts and technology transfer mechanisms.

Practice and mastery of ERP / MES systems (ideally Odoo).

Solid culture and practices of Lean Manufacturing.

Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in French, Arabic, or other regional languages is a major asset.

Personal Qualities: High autonomy in the field, rigor in managing complex projects, and ability to adapt to international environments.

Working Conditions

Mobility: Position based in Wissous (91) involving international travel / missions of 3 to 12 months depending on the projects.
