Segula Technologies - Digital Product Manager (M/F)

The Technical Project Manager ensures the steering and monitoring of the development of hardware and software lots for assigned projects, during BUILD and MCO phases. He/she coordinates business expertise (architects, developers, integrators, validators) and ensures compliance with commitments regarding quality, costs, deadlines, budget, and risk management. In connection with the Projects & Programs, Offers, Sales/Pre-Sales, Architecture, IT, and MCO teams, he/she guarantees the proper technical monitoring of developments and deployments. Main responsibilities

Steer projects in BUILD and MCO phases and coordinate development, integration, and testing teams. Organize and monitor the schedule, resources, costs, risks, and project contingencies. Ensure scoping and monitoring with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and partners. Lead project meetings, manage crises, and resolve technical or organizational problems. Alert management in case of contractual drift and ensure regular reporting. Steer deliveries and support deployments at client sites. Participate in end-of-project reviews and lessons learned. Analyze client needs, requirements, risks, and opportunities in collaboration with the architect, program manager, and development teams. Contribute to functional, technical, and organizational choices and recommendations. Guarantee the consistency of specifications, technical solutions, and IVVQ activities. Ensure monitoring of configuration management, suppliers, and stocks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and practices of the Development & Integration Department.

Expected deliverables and activities

Specifications and technical notes. Solution justification files and architecture reviews. Monitoring and acceptance of deliverables. Plans, procedures, and testing/IVVQ means. Weekly reporting to management and project dashboards. Supplier, configuration, and stock monitoring.

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), generalist engineer with a software focus, and a strong technical culture in the development and deployment of complex systems. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with proven experience in on-site system deployment. Technical skills:

Project management oriented towards Quality / Cost / Delay. Experience in Java or C#/.NET development, databases. Web technologies, SOAP/REST Webservices, and certificates. Computer networks and network security: VPN, GPO, etc. Experience with hardware issues: mechanical, electrical, system. System engineering processes, Agile and V-Cycle methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA and GIT. Ability to scope HW/SW specifications and IVVQ activities. Knowledge of biometrics, cryptography, or PKI is an asset. Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
