Segula Technologies - Wiring Team Leader in electrical equipment manufacturing (M/F)

Design and define wiring solutions based on electrical diagrams and customer functional needs, ensuring the quality, compliance, and optimization of solutions according to QCDPR criteria (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance, Risks). RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES- Perform wiring definitions from electrical diagrams and conduct associated system studies.

Translate customer functional needs into optimized technical solutions. Perform wiring routing in 3D CAD, in accordance with the customer contract. Design wiring diagrams under CAPITAL H / XC, depending on the projects. Perform product prototyping and, if necessary, carry out modifications on prototype harnesses. Identify and integrate the components constituting the wiring as well as new components, and inform the factories. Guarantee the quality of input data intended for the factories and the output data transmitted to the customer. Ensure the reporting of special characteristics requested by the customer on the drawings. Control the quality and compliance of deliverables using dedicated tools: Haven, drawing checklists, etc. Ensure the archiving and traceability of drawings and technical data. Actively search for new technical solutions and contribute to their development and implementation.

Junior or experienced engineer, or holder of a Bac+2 with strong experience in the automotive sector. TECHNICAL SKILLS- Good knowledge of automotive wiring architectures and components.

Ability to understand electrical diagrams and perform a system study. Mastery or good knowledge of CATIA V5/V6 applied to wiring: dimensioning, screenshots, basic actions. Mastery or knowledge of CAPITAL H / XC for the creation of wiring diagrams. Mastery of office tools. Ability to research, analyze, and develop new technical solutions. Strong sensitivity to the quality, compliance, and traceability of technical data.
