How your future with us will take shape

You will develop and be responsible for the oil management and lubrication concept for electric drive systems. You will design the entire oil supply system with its active and passive components as well as the relevant interfaces. You will ensure the demand-oriented lubrication of gears, bearings, and the E-machine under all relevant operating and driving situations. You will evaluate the interactions between packaging, cooling, efficiency, and durability and derive system requirements. You will coordinate the overall concept closely with design, thermal design, simulation, testing, and system development. You will represent oil management topics to customers, suppliers, and internal development partners.

What you bring with you for a future with us

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in the development and design of oil management systems for transmissions, eDrives, or comparable drive systems.
  • Sound understanding of the relevant causal relationships for oil management systems, especially in the areas of tribology, hydraulics, and thermodynamics.
  • Experience in the structural design of technical systems and components.
