UI/UX Lead

- Lead a team of UI/UX designers, setting design vision and strategy for citizen-facing digital services
- 8+ years of UI/UX experience (including 2-3+ years in a leadership role) and a strong portfolio; proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- [Best to have] Experience in OutSystems interface
- Good to have: public sector experience, familiarity with Singpass/GovTech initiatives, knowledge of service design
- Drive the end-to-end design process: research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handover
- Conduct user research with diverse citizen groups
- Translate policy intent and complex processes into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, policy officers, and agency stakeholders in Agile teams
- Present design rationale and progress to senior management; use data and analytics to measure outcomes and iterate
