Low Code Engineer

You will have the opportunity to design, build,and deploy impactful digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform andrelated technologies, helping to improve business processes and public servicedelivery. This role offers hands-on experience in application development,process automation, and emerging digital capabilities while working alongsideexperienced professionals in a dynamic government ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digitalsolutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, andrelated technologies.
• Analysebusiness requirements, identify opportunities for digitisation and processimprovement, and translate requirements into effective low-code solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining applications, workflows,integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components underthe guidance of senior team members.
• Conducttesting, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide operationalsupport for deployed solutions.
• Support the implementation of ICT security, data governance, privacy,accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements in deliveredsolutions.
• Collaboratewith stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners, while maintainingtechnical, operational, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary educationqualification in related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sound understanding ofapplication development concepts, databases, data structures, user interfacedesign, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform throughacademic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience.Experience developing applications or workflow automations willbeadvantageous.
• Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user interfaces,permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication skills andability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholderenvironment.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Exposureto digital solution development, automation platforms, business applications,data analytics tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experiencewith Microsoft technologies and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, Azure, Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, or related tools, willbeadvantageous.
• Knowledge of web technologiessuch as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; databases such as SQL or NoSQL; andintegration with enterprise systems through REST APIs.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document workclearly.
• Exposure to source control tools (e.g. Git), Agile delivery practices,application lifecycle management, or CI/CD concepts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, academic projects, internships,portfolio applications, hackathons, or other practical project experience thatdemonstrate technical capability.
