Tendering Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position: Tendering Specialist Place of Work: Warszawa Scope of responsibilities: Coordination of the tender process – cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team at every stage of the tendering process. Preparation and management of comprehensive tender documentation – creating offers in accordance with tender requirements and applicable industry standards. Analysis of tender conditions and specifications – thorough analysis of order requirements. Analysis of order specifications – market research to verify the best potential. Monitoring the implementation of concluded contracts – supervision over the fulfillment of tender contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and quality of services. Monitoring sources of information about tenders – active searching for announcements on industry portals and other available platforms in the industry.
