• Carrying out after-sales technical support activities in accordance with company quality standards,
• Performing fault detection and necessary interventions by going to the field,

• Graduated from Vocational High Schools or Vocational Schools of Higher Education in departments of Electricity, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Computer, or related fields,
• Residing in or able to reside on the European side of Istanbul, preferably in the districts of Beşiktaş, Kağıthane, Beyoğlu, Eyüpsultan, Fatih, Şişli, Sarıyer, or nearby,
• Experienced in the installation and service of Fire & Security systems,
• Knowledgeable about low current and network systems,
• Result and customer-oriented,
• Team player,
• Able to use resources effectively and efficiently,
• Developed communication and problem-solving skills,
• Open to learning new technologies and self-development,
• Possessing English knowledge at a level capable of reading technical documents, proficient in MS Office programs,
• No travel restrictions,
• Holding a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
