Receptionist - Łódź Górna - for a student

Currently, we are looking for people for the following position in our team: Receptionist Location: Łódź Górna Responsibilities: Receiving and sending company correspondence Receiving guests, handling internal and external meetings (including hotel, flight, and taxi reservations) Organization of meetings, conferences, and company events Cooperation with suppliers (including coordination of office supply orders) Support for the HR department in terms of employer branding activities Support in organizing training Requirements: Pupil or student status (work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Experience in a similar position is welcome Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free communication during visits of foreign guests and answering phone calls in English Communication skills, high personal culture, punctuality, and initiative Very good self-organization of work We offer: Employment based on a mandate contract (umowa o zlecenie) Work in a company with an established market position The opportunity to gain professional experience
