Contact person for our employees regarding all personnel-related questions Advising managers on strategic and operational personnel topics Processing labor law topics such as contract design, warnings, and terminations Management of Occupational Integration Management (BEM) as well as participation in Occupational Health Management (BGM) Cooperation with the Works Council in all matters relevant to co-determination Participation in HR projects as well as support in the further development, optimization, and assurance of HR processes

Completed commercial training and/or a completed university degree with an HR focus (e.g., BWL, economics, psychology, business law) Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner function Experience in cooperating with the Works Council Experience in process optimization or a strong interest in the further development of HR processes Good knowledge of labor law and personnel support Good written and spoken English skills High service orientation and strong communication skills
