HR Expert for Business Support
We are looking for candidates for the position of HR Expert for Business Support in the location: Warsaw (operational and customer support teams and international clients) The person in this position will be responsible for supporting and implementing strategic initiatives and business and operational goals of Securitas by actively seeking optimal solutions, improving processes, developing employee competencies, as well as implementing effective HR practices. The HR Expert for Business Support reports directly to the Human Resources Director, in close cooperation with Department Heads.
Your tasks will specifically include: Ongoing advisory and support for managers in the area of team management, employee development, and resolving problematic situations Cooperation with several managers simultaneously, representing different business areas, in order to identify needs and implement effective HR solutions Advising and developing functional staff Building and maintaining partnership relationships with management and actively supporting the realization of the organization's business goals Regular contact and cooperation with external clients, including participation in business meetings in Warsaw and responding to current client needs Identifying training and development needs of managers and teams, and then initiating and coordinating appropriate development activities Close cooperation with HR departments in terms of implementing projects in the areas of recruitment, training, and development Supporting the building of employee engagement, effective communication, and an organizational culture based on respect, responsibility, and cooperation Analysis and monitoring of HR indicators, such as turnover, absenteeism, level of vacation reserves, overtime costs, etc., and recommending actions to support the achievement of business goals Analysis of employee opinion survey results, onboarding processes, and exit interviews, along with preparing recommendations for managers Participation in transformation projects involving organizational changes, process standardization, implementation of new tools and systems, and development of organizational culture
Our requirements Minimum several years of experience in an HR position combining close cooperation and business support with talent development Advanced knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2/C1, conditioning effective cooperation with foreign clients, including participation in business meetings and conversations - a necessary condition Category B driver's license and readiness to undertake business trips and participate in meetings with clients in Warsaw and occasionally Krakow Experience in cooperating with management and supporting multiple business areas simultaneously Ability to build relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders, both within the organization and on the side of external clients Highly developed communication skills and the ability to conduct advisory and partnership conversations Proactivity, independence, and a solution-oriented mindset Ability to work in a dynamic environment, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and set priorities Ability to lead and coordinate projects Ability for analytical thinking and making decisions based on data Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
