Your tasks

• Permanent monitoring of alarm and security systems connected to the monitoring center;
• Receiving, verifying, and managing alarm, malfunction, panic, or fire signals received from monitored sites;
• Applying specific intervention procedures and notifying mobile security crews, clients, or competent authorities, as appropriate;
• Maintaining telephone contact with intervention crews and following up on the resolution of incidents;
• Correct and complete recording of events, alarms, and actions taken in specific applications;
• Preparing activity reports and documentation related to the managed events;
• Operating and updating databases regarding monitored sites and contact persons;
• Verifying the functioning of equipment and reporting any malfunctions to the responsible departments;
• Respecting internal procedures, security norms, and legal requirements applicable to monitoring activities;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of information and data accessed while performing service duties;
• Collaborating with other company departments for the efficient resolution of arising situations;
• Performing activities in shifts, including night shifts, according to the established schedule.

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Seriousness, integrity, and observation skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for shift work
• "Alarm Center Dispatcher" Qualification Certificate

• No criminal record,
• English language level - at least intermediate;
• PC usage - intermediate to advanced level;
• Advantage if having knowledge of security systems;
