As a Control Room Supervisor, you have a responsible and versatile role in which you maintain oversight and take control. You are not only busy creating reports and analyses, but you also fulfill an important representative role: you are often one of the first security guards a visitor meets. In doing so, you are the visiting card of the organization and, within strict security frameworks, ensure a professional and welcoming reception.

In this role, you are at home in all markets. One moment you are registering visitors and answering questions, the next moment you are directing responders during an alarm or making independent decisions during incidents. You maintain the total overview of what is happening in and around the building and intervene where necessary.

As a Control Room Supervisor, you are continuously alert to risks and deviating situations. You know when to escalate, recognize suspicious situations, and act proactively to ensure safety. Additionally, you analyze security processes and translate these into clear reports and insights for the client. You prepare these reports and analyses daily in the English language, so that the client gains optimal insight into the workings of the security within the datacenter.
