Service Delivery Technician

What will you do? Imagine: you don't work for a list of customers, but you put your full focus on one large, strategically important customer. As a Service Delivery Technician at Securitas Technology, you are the rock for everything revolving around advanced security systems: from video surveillance to access control systems and intrusion detection. You are not just a technician, but *the* person who solves problems, optimizes systems, and reassures the customer through clear communication.

As a Service Delivery Technician, you are the point of contact for all security at this customer. Your experience with the systems of Ccure, Genetec, and Galaxy is such that you know how to effortlessly analyze and resolve malfunctions. Should you not have the knowledge yourself, you also know exactly which colleague to call to help you further. Despite working at 1 location, you are part of the Securitas Technology team.

At the same time, you keep the customer informed of your plan, so the customer knows exactly where they stand. You know everything about the systems you work with, or want to learn this, and enjoy thinking along about possible improvements in our work processes. Additionally, you also support your fellow Service Delivery Technicians abroad when they are unable to handle the tickets and/or documentation.

What do you bring? You have experience with systems such as CCure or Lenel and preferably also with Axis. You know how to effectively analyze malfunctions and resolve them independently. You speak English well and feel comfortable in an international environment. Even without supervision, you can perform your work excellently and communicate easily with various stakeholders.
