Your tasks

With full responsibility for the Danish operation, you'll lead the business owning everything from commercial growth and customer relationships to operational excellence, people leadership and P&L performance. You'll also play a pivotal role in bringing together our Technology and CamVision businesses, helping shape a stronger, more integrated organisation for the future

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Full country P&L ownership.
• Driving revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Leading and developing commercial and operational teams.
• Building stronger sales capability and commercial discipline.
• Strengthening key customer relationships.
• Leading the continued integration of CamVision.
• Creating alignment, accountability and business performance across the Danish organisation.

Requirements

You'll be an accomplished business leader who combines strong commercial instincts with operational credibility.

Your background will likely include

• Experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Country Manager or Business Unit Director.
• Ownership of a significant P&L with responsibility for business performance.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams.
• Experience leading service-led, installation, project-based or field operations businesses.
• Success in improving business performance within a changing or challenging environment.
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Experience operating within a regional, international or matrix organisation.
