Sales Manager

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales efforts in security systems. This role focuses on expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions that address clients’ security needs. You will engage customers from initial consultation through solution design, proposal development, and deal closure, while building strong partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Manage full sales lifecycles with a strong focus on territory expansion and business growth

Analyze, review, and identify customers' security concerns, gaps, and overall security posture

Engage proactively newly identified customers and actively hunt for new business opportunities and leads

Promote and recommend appropriate security system solutions to both new and existing customers, including upselling of services and products

Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales deals

Conduct sales presentations and perform site assessments to understand customer requirements

Design and configure customized system solutions based on client needs

Prepare detailed and competitive price proposals

Manage partnerships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration

Monitor sales performance, trends, and key performance indicators to achieve annual sales targets set by management

Undertake regional and or international travel as required

Job Requirements Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Minimum 5 years of sales / business development experience in security systems, ELV, ICT, Fire, BMS, or related areas.

Experience with tenders & RFQs and consultant-led specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Project, MS Team and AutoCAD

Knowledge of basic IP networking concepts like IP address, subnet, PoE, LAN vs WAN, network topology for security system.
