Logistics and Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:

To prevent stockouts, overstocking, losses, and logistics issues by building and managing a smooth, reliable inventory and logistics system that supports sales growth. Ability to keep adequate records of inventory with every logistics partner and ensure physical stock matches system records Provide daily and monthly stock updates across WhatsApp groups with logistics partners in Nigeria. Conduct inventory and stock forecasting to ensure adequate stock availability with our logistics partners. Pick up/receive stock from suppliers, coordinate waybills to various states, and ensure stock is received in good condition. Conduct weekly performance analysis for all logistics partners Ability to hire & fire logistics partners Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead states and report insights to management

Requirements:

Entry-level experience in inventory & logistics management  Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to think ahead and notice issues early Reliable, proactive, and has a strong work ethic Proficiency in coordinating communications with logistics partners.  Extremely analytical, detail-oriented, and organized Strong record-keeping and documentation skills Basic data analysis skills to understand stock movement and trends Passionate about home safety and improving people’s lives.

Compensation:

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Transport & Snacks allowance (On waybill days) - NGN 10,000 Airtime/data allowance - NGN 20,000 monthly Monthly bonus based on performance Investment in training and courses to help you grow Stable role in a growing business Clear systems and procedures to work with
