Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior

We’re working with a growing accountancy practice that’s looking to add an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior to its team.

With a diverse client base, this is a role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll get genuine client exposure, varied accounts and tax work, and the opportunity to develop your advisory skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102/105)
• Preparing CT, SA and VAT returns
• Producing management accounts, budgets and cashflows
• Working directly with clients and providing commercial insight
• Reviewing and supporting junior team members
• Identifying advisory opportunities
• Improving processes and automation using Xero/QuickBooks Online, Dext and IRIS

What we’re looking for

You’ll have 2+ years’ UK practice experience and be confident across accounts and tax.

Whether you’re ACA, ACCA, AAT, part-qualified or QBE, your experience and capability matter more than the letters after your name.

Strong Excel skills, good communication and a proactive, client-focused approach are key.
