Planner Agent

At Sector Alarm, one of the leading companies in the security sector in Europe, we are looking for a Planner Agent to join our team and help provide state-of-the-art security solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Organize the technicians' schedules.

Plan the technicians' work, optimizing their routes and travel times.

Manage technician availability, optimizing the capacity of each team.

Monitor technicians on a day-to-day basis to track their service progress.

Telephone support in incident management.

Manage cancellations and no-shows, ensuring the active search for alternatives to rescue the appointment.

Provide support to other departments through different channels when they require service availability, prioritizing according to the criteria established in Highway.

Plan overnight travel for technicians, organizing and optimizing service routes.

Ensure the efficiency of services and calls.

Daily activity reporting.

Schedule from Monday to Friday in rotating shifts: 9:00 to 17:00 / 10:00 to 18:00 / 13:00 to 21:00

Minimum Requirements:

University Degree or FP.

Previous experience in logistics planning departments is valued.

High level of English.

Previous experience in telephone customer service is valued.

Geographical knowledge.

Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, etc...)
