What will your mission be?

To guarantee the peace of mind and security of our clients at the moment they need it most.

🔒 Alarm management: Agile processing of alert signals and technical matters.

📞 Excellence in service: Personalized support to clients and incident resolution.

🤝 Interdepartmental support: Technical support to sales and operations teams.

🚨 Active security: Activation of protocols and direct contact with the Security Forces.

✍️ Document control: Drafting of reports (Checklists, Acudas) and administrative tasks.

Your role is fundamental: transforming critical situations into immediate responses.

Do you have the profile we are looking for?

To succeed in this role you need:

🎯 Essential

Fluent English (very high level).

Great communication skills and team spirit.

Previous experience in telephone customer service and problem-solving.

✨ Bonus points (Valuable)

Experience in Alarm Receiving Centers and industry software.

Knowledge of private security legislation and procedures in Spain.

Agility to adapt to changes and tolerate uncertainty.
