1. Know the total room inventory and its characteristics as well as the operation of restaurants and their schedules.

1. Have information regarding the groups staying at the hotel and follow up on their activities, maintain the pool area in optimal conditions by requesting public areas or maintenance service when necessary, notify the corresponding person immediately regarding any guest complaint or claim.
