Room Service Manager

Secrets Playa Mujeres is looking for talent to join our Food and Beverage team.

Main responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily operation of the Room Service department.
• Lead the team of captains, order takers, waiters, and busboys, ensuring compliance with their duties.
• Supervise compliance with quality, presentation, and guest service standards.
• Manage and control inventories, supplies, equipment, and inputs necessary for the operation.
• Prepare and follow up on operational reports, internal controls, and department indicators.
• Perform supervision rounds and participate in audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with the different areas of the hotel to ensure an efficient operation and an exceptional experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education
• Technological High School 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 27 and 48 years
• Knowledge: Adherence to or compliance with standards, Communication, Quality, Inventory control, Microsoft excel, Organization, Supervision, Adaptability
