REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be based in Surabaya and assigned to the West Surabaya office
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist is a MUST
3. Updated with social media trends, editing trends and creative thinking
4. Structured, organized, and have strong attention to detail
5. Capable of Graphic Design (Creating visually appealing and brand-consistent content for various platforms) is a plus
6. Equipped with a personal laptop & vehicle
7. Portfolio and CV are required

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Creating monthly content plan including copywriting for various brands
2. ⁠Analyzing social media performance
3. Managing social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies
5. Engaging with the online community, responding to comments, and fostering audience interaction
6. ⁠Active to collaborate with the creative team for shoot planning and concepting
