Content Creator

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be based in Surabaya and assigned to the West Surabaya office
2. 1-2 years of experience in content creating is a MUST (prioritizing video editing skills, graphic design is a plus)
3. Updated with social media trends, editing trends and creative thinking
4. Strong understanding of social media content creation and algorithm
5. Structured, organized, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
6. Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva or similar
7. Equipped with a personal laptop, phone, and vehicle
8. Able to leverage AI is a plus
9. Portfolio and CV are required

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Shoot and edit raw video footage and audio files to create compelling content for various social media platform
2. Implement necessary visual and audio effects, transitions, motion graphics, and color grading techniques
3. Translate design briefs into visual designs
4. Create diverse content, including Instagram feeds, stories, thumbnails, banners, and other collateral designs
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
