*Job Description:*
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to help us deliver a one-of-a-kind café experience. As part of our team, you'll provide legendary customer service, craft consistently high-quality beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming café.
*Required Skills & Abilities:*
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Stays calm and focused under pressure
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Follows oral and written instructions, and asks for clarification when needed
- Comfortable operating a drive-thru, POS systems, and espresso equipment (or willing to learn)
- Able to notice subtle differences in beverage quality, flavour, and presentation
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer, even during busy or unexpected moments
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items to exact recipe and presentation standards
- Handle all sales transactions accurately, including cash and card, and record every purchase correctly
- Watch the café environment and respond to customer and store needs as they come up
- Communicate clearly with teammates
- Help new teammates get up to speed in a supportive, respectful way
- Follow all operational procedures, including safety, cash handling, and cleanliness
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.60 per hour
