Your tasks

You will be a fundamental part of the membership sales process, ensuring that all documentation is correct and complete. The above is for the purpose of guaranteeing a secure sale.

Main functions -Verification and review of sold membership contracts. -Validation of documentation and administrative processes. -Customer service and guidance regarding their contracts. -Follow-up to guarantee an excellent service experience. -Support to the commercial team in the formalization of sales. -Payment follow-up, communication with the client.

Requirements
