Hostess Supervisor

We are looking for a Hostess Supervisor, with experience in vacation clubs and sales rooms, responsible for coordinating the team, controlling the flow of prospects, ensuring an efficient distribution of couples among sales advisors, and reviewing the correct application of established policies.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the hostess team
• Control the registration and assignment of couples to promoters.
• Verify that prospects meet the established requirements.
• Prepare daily reports of couples attended to and assigned.
• Coordinate with sales supervisors and managers.
• Ensure compliance with vacation club procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience (desirable) as a hostess, hostess supervisor, or in pre-contact.
• Knowledge of vacation club sales room operations.
• Organizational and communication skills.
