QSSER Engineer M/F

Reporting to the QSSER Manager, the candidate is responsible for controlling risks related to safety, health, quality, and the environment within the company.

More specifically, the candidate's missions will notably include:

Raising awareness of the rules related to safety, health, quality, and the environment applicable within the company, Management of radiation protection, Steering audits (internal, certifications, clients, external bodies...) to ensure the compliance of the management system, Monitoring the project to redesign the documentary system and updating documents (process review, KPI, ...), Maintaining a management system in compliance with requirements, Detection and analysis of deviations, proposing preventive and corrective actions, monitoring actions, and measuring their effectiveness, Carrying out and updating the risk analysis (SMI, document unique, environmental impacts...) while establishing and monitoring the associated action plans.

Qualifications & Experiences Master's degree (Bac +5) in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (master, engineering school) supplemented by 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Characteristics

• English: good level to follow working meetings,
• Proficiency in Pack Office and an ERP,

Knowledge of audit techniques is necessary,

• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and HSE regulations is necessary,
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, CEFRI, ISO 45001, and ISO 19443 standards would be appreciated,

• Rigor, autonomy, and teamwork.
