Private banking covers a wide spectrum of services for the bank's wealthiest clients, ranging from daily financial operations to the creation of personal finance management strategies. By collaborating with other SEB group divisions, we always offer our clients solutions that meet the highest international standards. We focus most on wealth and investment structuring, individual financial solutions, and building close relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Be a client partner, selling bank services that meet their needs in the areas of personal finance planning and management, investing and saving, and lending
• Maintain continuous contact with assigned clients to ensure long-term cooperation and trust-based relationships
• Seek and identify new clients
• Provide suggestions for organizing activities and improving current services or creating new services

Properties and competencies we value:

• Have at least 2 years of work experience providing complex saving and investment services
• Have acquired a financial broker consultant or BFIA license
• Good command of English, knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
• Communicate and cooperate effectively, able to work in a team
• Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Are organized, customer-oriented, and strive for the best results

Salary

3350-6200 €/mon. gross

(before taxes) The specific salary, once the recruitment process is finished, is offered to the selected candidate based on their experience and competence. According to SEB's valid salary policy in Lithuania, an additional benefits package is offered in addition to the salary.
