IT – Hands-on

For a company in Ramat Gan, with several branches in Israel and abroad, an IT employee is required for a full-time position. Occasional availability in exceptional cases beyond working hours is required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ongoing support for the company's users and branches.
• Management of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory environments.
• Support and management in Windows and Terminal Servers environments.
• Handling hardware, software, Outlook, printers, network, and communication equipment faults.
• Management of users, permissions, and licenses.
• Ongoing work and management with IT vendors and third-party providers.
• IT procurement, management of IT equipment and inventory.
• Responsibility for additional IT services and infrastructures, including FTP and technical interfaces.
• Control over IT services, licenses, and costs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT / System roles in an organizational environment.
• Significant Hands-on experience in user support.
• Practical experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• Experience in a Terminal Servers environment.
• Knowledge of networking, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network printers.
• High Troubleshooting ability and independent work.
• Very good level of English.
• Service-oriented, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
