Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing); Master’s preferred.

Valid nursing license or eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOHAP.

Minimum 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience.

At least 2–3 years of nursing management or supervisory experience.

Experience managing nursing teams, staffing, rosters, and departmental operations.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a hospital or large healthcare facility preferred.

Relevant management certification is an advantage.
