This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized neonatal care within a private healthcare setting, delivering high-quality medical services to newborn infants, including those who are premature or critically ill.

As a neonatologist in private healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in managing and treating newborns requiring intensive care while working closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage medical conditions in newborn infants, particularly those needing specialized care.

Provide expert care in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) within a private healthcare environment.

Monitor infant health through assessments, diagnostic tests, and continuous evaluation.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Communicate clearly and empathetically with families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in neonatology and contribute to high standards of care.

Requirements

Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with certification in pediatrics and neonatology.

Valid medical license to practice neonatology in the private healthcare sector.

Proven experience providing neonatal care, with proficiency in managing complex cases.

Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective family and team interactions.
