Junior Specialist Consultant Cardiovascular Surgery

Key responsibilities

Assess and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions

Perform appropriate cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures

Develop comprehensive treatment plans

Provide pre- and post-operative care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac teams

Requirements

MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree

Recognized postgraduate qualification in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery

UK CCT/western-qualified candidates highly preferred

Relevant post-qualification experience in cardiovascular surgery

Strong expertise in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures

Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
