Your tasks
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of hematological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological disorders.
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.
- Manage conditions including anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, hematological malignancies, and other blood-related conditions.
- Order and interpret relevant laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic investigations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate care with oncologists, pathologists, and other medical specialists where required.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Follow clinical governance, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
- Provide appropriate patient education and counselling.
Requirements
- Recognized medical degree with specialist qualification in hematology.
- Australian Board certification/specialist qualification.
- Relevant clinical experience as a specialist/consultant hematologist.
- UAE medical licence or eligibility to obtain the relevant UAE authority licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
